Preparing the Dough
Making the dough
- Mound flour onto board, make a well and crack in eggs
- Beat eggs together with fork and incorporate into flour
- Use hands to form rough dough
Waiting for the dough
Cover dough and rest for 10 minutes.
Kneading the dough
- Knead dough for 5-7 minutes by pushing dough with heel of your hand
- Shape dough into ball, wrap tightly, and rest for 30 minutes at room temperature
