Preparing the Dough

Making the dough

  1. Mound flour onto board, make a well and crack in eggs
  2. A well of flour filled with egg
  3. Beat eggs together with fork and incorporate into flour
  4. A well of flour filled with egg and fork
  5. Use hands to form rough dough

Cover dough and rest for 10 minutes.

Kneading the dough

  1. Knead dough for 5-7 minutes by pushing dough with heel of your hand
  2. Hands kneading dough
  3. Shape dough into ball, wrap tightly, and rest for 30 minutes at room temperature
  4. Ball of dough on table
